Corner-lot opportunity -- 4.9 acres of private Alaskan beauty with breathtaking mountain views and direct access to the wild lands bordering the National Wildlife Refuge. This rare piece of land sits up the road from world-famous Kenai River access and is just minutes from two peaceful lakes, including Aurora Lake (stocked with rainbow trout) for easy fishing, paddling, and lakeside fun... You'll also be near two popular horseback-riding trails for exploring the area on horseback.
The corner location gives you extra space and flexibility to site a home, cabin, or seasonal retreat exactly how you want it. CC&Rs are in place to protect the area's character while still allowing horses, chickens, and goats for personal use; perfect for anyone who wants a true Alaska lifestyle.
Properties like this don't come up often. If you want privacy, scenery, and real outdoor access all in one spot, call for details before this one's gone.
